Right of withdrawal
The return of goods is only possible with PARAMED's prior written consent. If we are prepared to return the goods, the delivery must be made to PARAMED in perfect condition, carriage and packaging paid.
Independently of this, PARAMED shall invoice the costs incurred for the inspection and possible re-storage of the goods (terms and conditions of business and delivery).
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel items, e.g. because the delivery time is too long, the cancellation must be made in writing by fax or e-mail in any case before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have already been packed and sent on their way, a cancellation cannot be accepted. Cancellation is also not possible for goods that we have ordered especially for you or that have been specially made, e.g. X-ray protective clothing. The cancellation must be sent directly to PARAMED GmbH in writing.
